Ananda Professional (a brand of Ecofibre Limited, ASX.EOF) is searching for a passionate Medical Representative who is patient-results driven to assist in supporting our practitioners in utilizing our natural wellness products. Working out of our new, LEED-Platinum facility in Georgetown, KY, the Medical Representative’s primary focus will be selling practitioners the Ananda Professional product range and providing additional support to ensure satisfaction with the brand.

See our facility here: [please apply online] is the responsibility of the Medical Representative to nurture, develop and work with customers to ensure the success of Ananda Professional products within the practice by offering one on one support to practitioners, training and educating, and explaining the befits of Ananda Professional products, cannabinoids, and other functional ingredients.

• Calling, emailing, and holding video conference calls with accounts to build a trusted relationships on the foundation of providing professional cannabinoid products to Independent Pharmacies and Healthcare Practitioners.
• Monitor account performance and provide guidance and direction for additional success with our products.
• Host and attend educational events on cannabinoids and tools available to improve success within the healthcare space.
• Perform administrative work for accounts such as inputting orders, processing returns and credits, preparing and executing email marketing using software, and handling complaints and unsatisfied customers with the relevant departments as required.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as technical sheets, protocols, and other educational materials using your healthcare education.
• Execute campaigns and sales activities to hit quotas and budgets.

This position also engages in regional field activity from time to time and as warranted.

Skills and Education

• Bachelor’s degrees in healthcare or advanced degree in sciences with an understanding of human physiology and anatomy. Preference for candidates with experience working in functional medicine, natural wellness, and/or private practice.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• General business acumen
• Enthusiastic and passionate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
